  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • ½ cup of sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup of grated coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
