Whole30 Banana Muffins

Enjoy these Whole30 compliant muffins any time of the day!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or else spray with coconut oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Spoon mixture evenly between the 12 muffin liners.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven and enjoy.
