Keto Stromboli Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
  • 2 cup Ground Beef Pre-cooked
  • 3 Tablespoons Rao's Spaghetti sauce
  • 2/3 cup Shredded Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine the Mozzarella Cheese and the parsley seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Heat the cheese until it's melted. This can be done in the microwave for about 1 minute. Or you can do this on the stove top using a double broiler.
  3. Add the Almond Flour and Egg to the melted cheese mixture.
  4. Put the dough on to a nonstick baking sheet (or parchment paper) and knead the dough until it combines and comes together.
  5. After the dough has come together, place a sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough and use a rolling pin to flatten the dough.
