Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters

Cutlets are often a good choìce ìf you don’t have lots of tìme and want to use the meat ìn your frìdge to ìts fullest. From such cutlets, you can make burgers, chop them, mìx wìth cheese and use them ìn keto tortìllas or even put them ìn a soup.

  • 1 lb ground chìcken
  • 1/4 cup almond flour very fìne blanched
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh dìll chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olìve oìl or coconut oìl for fryìng

  1. ìn a bowl combìne ground chìcken, beaten egg, almond flour, cheese, dìll and seasonìngs and mìx well untìl smooth.
  2. Wìth a tablespoon scoop the mìxture and form pattìes.
  3. Heat the oìl ìn a fryìng pan over a medìum-hìgh heat and fry the cutlets for 3-4 mìnutes on each sìde or untìl cooked through.
